Having advised organizations and their leaders at all stages of business development, he is known as a reputation-turnaround and corporate image-management specialist, and for his expertise in engineering multidisciplinary programs that integrate PR, digital and social-media marketing, content and research to advance business performance, leadership and sales.
He has been involved in communications and marketing activities across nearly every sector of technology, helping clients including Rocket Fuel, Simplee, Corbis, Microsoft, Ecometry, Escalate, Zero G Software (Macrovision/Flexera) and CrossWorlds (IBM) formulate a vision for growth to condition the marketplace and spawn demand.
Prior to co-founding The Faction Agency, Thomas spent ten years in San Francisco as the global communications director for Affinity Media, and a vice president at Fleishman-Hillard directing the B2B Technology business unit. The early part of his career was based in Seattle where he was head of the Technology practice group at Publicis, this after progressive management and support roles at Waggener Edstrom and Text100.
A dual citizen of the U.S. and Italy, Thomas is a graduate of the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Pre-Law minor.
